Located in the north-east area of Rome, this project maximises the use of a small plot of land.
The Client’s concern for security has been translated in a monolithic exterior appearance, where the use of rigid composite-made panels allows the owner to fully operate the permeability of one entire elevation, from an open-mode to a shut-and-safe mode.
The house complies with the latest energy-saving requirements imposed by the local authorities by using photovoltaic panels and geothermal energy.
