Nivis pays homage to the most intimate and fragile sculptural qualities of snow, its unblemished whiteness and deep blanket fallen on everyday objects.

Made of white cristalplant, by rotating and translating the overflow hole on the horizontal plane the sink’s surface becomes a soft, fluid mass where water can seamlessly flow, from the main to the secondary basin.

Nivis was presented to the public in Milan in April 2011. In May 2014 Nivis was awarded a prestigious Honourable Mention by Compasso d'Oro. Established in 1954, ADI Compasso d’Oro Award is the oldest and most influential international design award. Nivis was initially shortlisted from more hundreds of products manufactured worldwide between 2010 and 2013.
